How to Create Online Publications with FlipSnack
Flipsnack is a free publishing tool that lets you turn your PDF and JPG files into online publications with flipping pages.
1com page and click “Make a flipping book”. You do have to sign in but you can use your Facebook, Gmail or Twitter account. If you’re already logged in, click “New flip” in the upper right corner of the page.
2You have the option to upload PDF documents and JPG files from your computer by clicking ‘browse’ or from the web by typing the URL. Write the desired title and a description for your publication.
3Drag and drop your uploaded documents to place them in the order by which you want their content to appear in your publication. When ready, click ‘next’.
4You have more design templates available. Choose the style you like and the type of cover you want or upload one instead. Check the “merge all files into one’” box if you uploaded more documents and you want a single publication or don’t check it if you prefer a collection of publications. In this case, you can give a different style to each one. You will also find a ‘controls’ section where you can manage the options you give to the viewers: files download, enable flip sounds, share buttons, etc.
5Now you have an online publication with pages that turn like a flipping book, a link, share buttons, and an embed code so you can post it on your blog or web pages.
