How to Cook With Kefir

Cooking with kefir is an excellent way to reduce fat and add protein to your diet. Kefir, often called "the cousin of yogurt," is a fermented dairy product that contains probiotics and aids in digestive health. Popular in Northern Europe, Eastern Europe, and Chile, kefir is storming the U.S. health market. Highly promoted by "Clean Eating" creator Tosca Reno, cooking with Kefir is a sure fire way to rev up your diet and recipes, and most importantly your health.
