How to Use a Nail Strengthener
Nails can be pliable and break easily. This is especially true if you frequently expose them to water or pick at them. Luckily, though, there are multiple solutions available for strengthening nails, and one of them is using a nail strengthener, which is described in this wikiHow.
Part 1Preparing the Nail
A bathroom or kitchen should work.
Use nail polish remover and a cotton swab or tissue to do so.
Use mild soap and water to wash your hands thoroughly. Let them dry completely before continuing to the next step.
Part 2Applying the Nail Hardener
This will ensue that there will be no distractions and enough time for your nails to dry afterwards.
Place it onto the centre of your nail and apply it in three strokes. One stroke should go down the middle of the nail while the other two go down the sides.
Then apply a second coat using the same technique.
Part 3Finishing Up
Keep in mind that this may take a while, especially after applying multiple coats.
If you like, you can add a coat of nail polish in your favorite color, or you can just go natural.
If your nails are especially weak, do this every day for 1-2 weeks or as long as you find necessary. After your nails are stronger, you can reduce this process to once a week.
